Payment must be made at time of service.  Cash, cheque or e-transfer are all accepted methods of payment.

When you book an appointment that time is set aside for you only. 
Appointment reminders are primarily your responsibility, however if you want a text reminder be sure to ask for one when you book the appointment.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please give minimum 24 hours notice, via a phone call or text.  Please understand that it is an industry standard to charge the full appointment fee if this cancellation policy is not followed.
