Payment must be made at time of service. Cash, cheque or e-transfer are all accepted methods of payment.

Please note that when you book an appointment that time is set aside for you only. Appointment reminders are primarily your responsibility, however a reminder text will be sent out the morning of the appointment.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please give minimum 24 hours notice, via a phone call or text. Please understand that it is an industry standard to charge the full appointment fee if this cancellation policy is not followed.
